Insurance Specialist – Job Description
A typical day for a customer service/sales representative will involve handling multiple inbound and outbound phone calls. You will be responsible for answering policyholder questions, processing payments, and making coverage changes.
In addition to your customer service duties you will also be responsible for bringing in new sales to the agency. We will provide you with leads on a daily basis to call in addition to the leads you generate on your own.
What does a successful candidate look like?
- YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE TALKING ON THE PHONE!!!
- You must be an organized, multi-tasker w/ a positive attitude
- Proficiency with email and common Microsoft applications
- If you are still typing with 2 fingers you won’t be a good fit 🙂
